Roberts has obviously been totally compromised, and I speculate because of "adoption" issues. If what you wrote is accurate (and I correctly interpreted what you communicated), then I guess the future should be separated from the recent past. I'll make you this offer. To watch what he does, and how he votes with an open mind from here on out. I vividly remember during his confirmation when he was touted as being a strict constructionist…..a real conservative at least.
He's been the swing voter in favor of too many liberal issues of late. I'm sure he's more than conflicted, and suffers greatly. Though I trust the Plan, as to CJJR I've already been burned once too many times.
