George Nassif, the self described: "Certified White Hat" has scammed many from his fake "files" and claiming to be in contact with Q. Research anons. Logic 101.
Q isn't given him an "endorsement". It was putting him on notice or in the least has no idea who this LARPer is and was responding to the anon's statement, not the multiple screenshots.
We know there is a HRC video, but the details were rumored last year. That is what Nassif does, he copy pastas to tantalize his gullible followers. Then asks for a donation to help with his cat's surgery. Hopefully he is permanently gone now which should give other scammers pause.
