If the frazzle drip vid is real, the actions most likely occurred outside US jurisdiction.
I recall some YT guy claiming the vid was recorded in India by some Indian guy (supposed dark web source) to be used as blackmail.
Not sure how all that could fit together.
Surely wasn't recorded with HRC and Huma's knowledge…or could it have been.
