This dude is interesting for many reasons. He's another Stephen Hawkins type—who believes that God and morality are human constructs that should be removed from society and replaced by 'science'. What they actually do is deconstruct society by normalizing the most base forms of behavior and calling it 'progress'. One look at his circle of 'associates' to figure that they're Satan worshiping pedos. In that context the cannibalism thing makes perfect sense.
So much of what Q posted makes a whole lot more sense now than back when he first posted it. i.e.
