A 30 character EAM was just broadcast on 8992.0 "EAM" means "Emergency Action Message" sent by the United States to certain military assets worldwide. An EAM is a "drop whatever you're doing and do this first" type of message transmitted over the Global High Frequency Radio Network.

My question is why would Blumenthal release this message and put it in the public domain, before our own President who is responsible for alerting the public to serious MI actions like this? It could be bait … and a form of misinformation fur sure.

Just doesn't make sense that something this serious wouldn't call for Trump alerting Sara to call a press conference if this is the case.
