Snowden has been working on social media (think sesame credit in China), and was working to impliment sesame credit to the rest of the world, until he got arrested… Now he is being forced to send tweets to keep his "facade" as a whistleblower, he will "leak info" now and while he still has "street credit" and once he releases they will expose him as the one behind it…
