How come the government can read our emails, require a Real ID to travel, and listen to our calls — but can’t ask about citizenship on the census?

The U.S. Supreme Court has done next to nothing to enforce the Constitution and stop the government’s spying on the population.

Phone calls, text messages, emails, credit card purchases, state driver’s license databases, literally everything about our lives is collected as privacy-violating information.

Yet the Supreme Court — based on speculation about the government’s motives — has blocked the 2020 Census from finding out how many people living in the U.S. are citizens. Apparently, the jurists on the court regard whether one is or is not a citizen as the only piece of private information that can’t be collected.

Elizabeth Warren Will Increase Admission of Immigrants by 800% if She Wins in 2020

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, released Tursday a sweeping immigration plan called “A Fair and Welcoming Immigration System”, that would increase the number of refugee admissions by almost 800 percent from FY 2018.

Warren said she would increase the admissions of migrant refugees to 175,000 per year with a ceiling of 125,000 in her first year in the White House. That in itself would represent a 800 percent increase over the roughly 22,000 admitted in FY2018 by Trump administration.
