I find it ODD that this petition isn't getting the siggies. Numbers keep lowering, same petition getting duplicated. Too much fuckery. Pretty sure someone suicided already had the IBOR already done… Additonally there are OTHER petitions with MORE than enough sigs that get ignored. So is this petition even worth the effort.
