I believe him. I've been down there. There are a LOT of white Europeans living all over South America. Latin America isn't really what some people think it is.
Most Americans never travel outside the USA and what they know about the rest of the world is what they see on the fake news. Many people who live in South America are not poor and are not Mestizos. Some of them are direct descendamts of Europeans who moved there decades ago after the war, and these people are whiter than snow. Hordes of these folks fly into Miami and Fort Lauderdale every month to shop and splurge. You always see them at the Sawgrass Mills Mall and the Dolphin Mall, and in the swishier parts of downtown Miami and Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale beach. Some have US green cards, but they don't stay here long. They just come and go, and they spend more of their time there than here.
Even in Mexico, many people who live there are wealthy mixed race and look more like European Spaniards than the poor folks who are always sneaking across our southern border.
I get the feeling that a whole lot more white Europeans will try to go to South America after the cabal gets done fucking up the European continent. Some parts outside of the really big cities are very nice, and quiet, with very good quality of life and VERY few of the type of imported people who are causing all the problems in Europe right now.
