"Freemasonry" has a lot of parts.
Most Masons participate in the first three levels. That is the masonry practiced by the Founders of the USA.
The Luciferian stuff was created by Albert Pike after the late unpleasantless. Masons at the lower three levels don't know anything about it. I've known a handful of Scottish Rite freemasons, and each one was a Christian who would not have joined the Scottish Rite if Luciferianism were actually advocated or practiced.
My impression was that they paid some fees and observed rituals that weren't really explained or studied.
I doubt many Scottish Rite freemasons have even read Albert Pike's book, let alone actually know or believe what's in it.
