Imma try to plead my case for notables as concise and calm as I can. Maybe this will ring relevant for other anons on how they flow with the bread.
Basically, I’m 75% phonefag because I’m workfaggin.
Notables are an instant way for me to get the pulse on where energy and shovels are going….and quick is gud. The system isn’t perfect. This board format isn’t perfect…but we’ve bent it to our will and it WORKS. I suspect the change was maybe likely due to Baker shortage….largely due to Baker burn out.
This is not hard to understand. They work their asses off, get constant shit for their trouble and the lack of bewb is appalling.
Anons have a hand in this. Toughen up. Nut up. If your amazing dig doesn’t make the cut, suck it up. Happens to everyone. I’ve had my digs passed over. I’ve seconded great digs from others that didn’t make the cut. Encourage those anons to hold them and repost later. If it’s yours, hold on to them for another day. Repackage them for easier disgestion. Make is easy for the Baker to run with. Stop ur kvetching. Don’t suffer Baker abuse from others. Not all Bakers are alike. Get the feel for their flow and lean in with them. We simply cannot function without our Bakers.
In closing, I repeat…for me? Notables are the lifeblood of the bread. This change could not have come at a worse time. Q team is winding up and shit is going to fly FAST. We need to be able to be just as fast and agile. We will need to know where to concentrate fire. This is what notables allow for.
I ask…I beg…BO, BV and Bakers?
