Bakers are down to a skeleton crew. Have been gradually leaving since 8bit left, prolly due to disgust at the way things have been going–massive shilling of bakers.

The only way we make it thru is with long shifts (for some), relief/spot baking (to avoid too many ghosts) and generous help from irregular bakers who are especially helpful on holiday weekends and early am Monday.

Note: I strongly support good baker-anon /comms/ and always encourage bakers to listen to anons. And vice-versa. Sometimes I do not bake something if I'm not up on the topic or aren't sure about the sauce (or want to wait for moar news). I will say so directly, and ask anons to repost in another bread if they choose to.

Important: Some bakers like long runs–and it's helpful–but if that's you, you need to be especially open to diggs and anon comments. Either that, or trade off/alternate with other bakers, so that anons have a chance to post something with a baker who have a somewhat different POV.
