>Do microtubules have anything to do with consciousness and quantum mechanics? I don't know enough to answer this question, but I think it very likely that our consciousness and spiritual dimensions are related to quantum mechanical phenomena.

University of Arizona is the key place for this dig. Anesthesiologist Stuart Hammeroff is one of the people who has lots of talks about micro-tubules. What the Bleep do we know in 2006 got into it a bit. Conference on consciousness there. Some wacky people but also some potentially good science if they don't just to conclusions or go all materialist on the data. The aussie philosopher, can't remember his name, goes straight to the core problem he calls the hard problem of consciousness.

"Trial in absentia is a criminal proceeding in a court of law in which the person who is subject to it is not physically present at those proceedings."

Is this what is happening in Guantanamo? Those being tried through the military system are being processed incognito and just being taken out by any and all means? They don't even know they are being accused. One day, they just died.

But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
