this is about Military tribunals! Port Authority was the hurisdiction that arrested him. POTUS brought them up in his 4th of July speech
Somebody smarter than me has to figure this Epstein arrest out..
Q asked what city he was arrested in. The answer is NO CITY!
♦ They boarded his plane upon a return trip from a foreign Country ( no customs check in )
♦ Port Authority had controlling jurisdiction of the plane NOT HIM.
♦ Epstein's plane had landed in U S jurisdiction but he had not stepped off it yet.
♦ Teterboro handles customs in 2 areas from 7:30 am - 11:30 pm ( this info does not directly apply because his plane was boarded upon arrival and he never touched foot )
