What I mean are the ones where we could try the cases ourselves because the crimes/evidence are public domain. I'm quite sure there are many more who qualify, but we don't have access to the evidence necessarily. Like Samantha Powell for instance.

That's not speculation. I'm talking about it from a lawyer viewpoint. We have actual evidence in the public sphere that could/should qualify for Mil a Tribunal. Off the top of my head there are around 20 we could easily prove committed crimes worthy of a Mil Tribunal. I'm quite sure there are many more, but their crimes have not been exposed as publicly. OBVIOUSLY Q team knows who all those people are.
