Can anyone confirm/explain the 90 day window that applies activating military on American soil.
The 90th Day will be Tuesday 03.20.18
Is how that window descried correct? Is that applicable to any subsequent such named emergency? If there is one more recent (as was eluded to) does that make this date not relevant?
I will go now and see if another fits that profile, I have no clue till I look.
