I can tell you right now that it's not true but if you think that will stop him any more than the flat earth poster or the Protocols poster too bad. MAYBE if Q addresses it specifically they'd stop. Unless they're being paid to keep posting it non-stop.

All the Noahide laws are just the things that God commanded Noah after the flood ended. The commandments that God expected from all mankind. The Jews had many other commandments in addition to these, but they believed that non-Jews were only required to obey the Noahide laws in order to have part in the world to come. This was believed way before the time of the Talmud. You can see it mentioned in Acts 15 when the Jerusalem Council met to determine if gentile believers in Jesus would be required to convert to Judaism. The answer was no, but they were commanded to abstain from eating things strangled, from eating blood, and so on. This was, in essence, the idea of the Noahide Laws. That all godly people on earth would have part in the world to come without converting to Judaism. I don't know what Bush meant in signing that declaration but the Noahide laws in themselves are nothing sinister and I think you're barking up the wrong tree.
