We can infer 1 of 3 things from Q's declining to comment on the board situation.

1) Q is fine with it and everyone should just carry on and adapt.

2) Q isn't worried about the effects of the format change even though they wish it didn't happen.

3) Now is not the time to deal with it and changes will be coming at the right moment.

1 or 2 means, we ain't moving. 3 means we ain't moving yet. We need to let Q lead the way, imho.
