it's possible, but would be a never ending ban spree, as soon as they fake jumps VPNs, the ban is ineffective. and fake keeps posting. Ban again, cycle repeats. I jump VPNs and can get around a ban easily, so i know.

side note: with all of the above possible, a ban is nothing to complain about.
