Australia is going to give the white South Africans emergency refugee visas. Trump could help them but it would not be directly. It would happen if there was an NGO to petition the State Department for refugee status for them. Even though they are white they would get it because they are a persecuted minority in South Africa.
I don't think that there are any NGOs advocating for white people anywhere in the world. Most (and perhaps all) of them are sponsored by Soros, and their real goal is to flood and destroy white countries with Third World trash, not really to help people who are in need. Soros' NGOs most certainly will never help white South Africans.
I was going to form such an organization myself to try to help them. But it take a LOT of time and I would need people to help me set up a board. I don't know anybody who would be interested in commiting to that.
