Sir. You have forgotten who you are. In this nation, as per the Constitution FOR the united States of America, you are soverign. You are the King, We are ALL kings. We do anything we want to, just like any other King does. Until we disturb the rights of any other King, IE our Neighbor. That is how it was setup, that's NOT how it is in fact though. The only way to fix this is to act like the Kings we are. If Kings need to declare war to protect their Kingdom from threats then war should be declared.
