In the post that he confirmed (the reply), note that he wrote "10/30." But when Q gives specific dates, it's usu in a different format. It may be a foretelling of things yet to come.

It's an interesting read, but ultimately the only thing it does is:

1. Give dems a tiny thing to whine about (illegals)

2. Show that Republicans were far more saavy in the last election.

3. Show that social networks need to be regulated.

The takeaway will be #3.
