Wonder if this is an attempt at McCarthyism. Get a bunch of directors/actors blacklisted for sexual harassment instead of Communism. Later on, discredit the accusers and paint those who were blacklisted in a positive light and their actions as just "misunderstandings" or "exaggerations".
