Is Q using the current tripcode (non)issue to point us back to the Hillary server?

When someone wants to connect a secure system to an outside non secure system they would have to gain permission/fill in request forms/provide additional verifications and guarantees.

If allowed that person would be provided with a trip code as part of their identification and verification process.

Someone VERY SENIOR had to have signed off on the Hillary server and issued the relevant trip code. That means there is a paper trail.

Somewhere there is a piece of paper with a signature on it….
