Arcade Fire on SNL 3.17.18

On Saturday Night Live tonight, Arcade Fire performance had several very obvious symbolism on display:

1st song: “Creature Comfort”

  • Everyone dressed in gold

  • Lead singer stands on a platform above the smoke to show off his all-red shoes (secret society link)

  • Lyrics about boys and girls hating themselves, wanting suicide

  • US flag strobed in the background (at the end)

2nd song: “Put Your Money On Me”

  • Illuminati symbolism overload playing on screen in the background (pyramid, money, etc)

  • Not sure what to make of the lyrics (pic related)

Apology sketch: Masquerading as a comedy bit about apologizing for being Canadian, each band member verbally apologizes on live TV. First thing that immediately came to my mind was that they are using this apology sketch as a “funny” way of hiding their admissions in plain sight. Maybe this is what Q means when he says THESE PEOPLE ARE SICK. This band certainly looks like they could be sick, especially the lead singer. Maybe it’s not just because of the drugs they’re being given.

As one might expect, their lead singer Win Butler calls Trump a “complete fucking nightmare” in 2016:
