SUI002 (Swiss Air Force) still looks like it's headed to Buenos Aires. I've downloaded the arrivals tables for both airports at Buenos Aires as they may prove to be useful later.
I suspect that the Google Balloons that were up over South America last night were so that the people doing a runner could still talk to each other.
German Air Force GAF043 is in the air, it's not showing on the ADS-B map but co-ordinates place it SW of Madrid.
This is the same flight path that last night's flights from Germany and Switzerland took.

Update on Duke28.
SUI002 is 200 miles out of Buenos Aires. Should be landing in about 30 minutes. We need planefags to watch of more flights to Buenos Aires, as this is where the Cabal's Last Stand could be going down shortly.
Duke28 is in Romania and has dropped off ADS-B for the moment. it was on a track for Bucharest.
