That will always remain one of the strangest moments of my life. I was going to post "All that supercomputer power and they use it to talk about Columbo." But Columbo was too generic and too obvious so I was searching for some other show to reference. My roommate was watching the Hallmark Channel obsessively at the time and they kept running commercials for Matlock. So it was the first thing that jumped into my head as an alternative to Columbo. And out it came.
"Are you in the know?" At first I had no idea what the dude was talking about.
The rest is history. The timing of it all … I just happened to come out with Matlock right as that guy was making what (as far as I ever knew) was his first appearance under the old Q trip code.
You can't make this stuff up.
POTUS is rubbing it in deep … making sure the final verdict is truly final … even stacking the deck as high as it could be stacked against POTUS and they STILL couldn't come up with anything.
