no it doesn't: here's it's like every 12 hours. you almost have export (save css) and re-import everything anyway. set it up how you like it (like color ids, tree view, whatever), export, save, paste into local text file, copy paste back into import. Works with choosing background colors too so you have dark theme (tomorrow's good).
