Sometimes, I wish I had a Nikon S900 (I think that's right) or similar camera to video some of the stuff I see on a regular basis. A good 8" - 10" telescope would be cool, too. But then again, I just keep thinking, "what's the point?" It's a tiny bit of evidence but it accomplishes nothing so I've never really concerned myself with having vids to show others. It would only be cool to me but I already know of it. My memory is all it would really help.

Saw another "craft" doing something I hadn't seen before in the way it seemed to be propelling itself. Couldn't have been a satellite being after 1 a.m. and the moon was not even out, iirc so it was unlikely to be solar panel reflections from a rotating sat.

It was waaaaaay up there and moving quick but not staying reflective then disappearing once beyond the reflective range like sats do, instead it would flash up super bright for about a second then the light would fade down for 2-3 seconds while leaving a short light trail behind it then go black for maybe 8 - 10 seconds. A short distance later, it would repeat the same process in consistent intervals and did this from horizon to horizon and did seem to slightly change direction, one time but still on a S to N heading. Sats can't do that and no known military craft does that, that I'm aware of.

Just another of the many things I see at night watching the stars.

The last few posts I made had no captcha but now it's back. What gives?
