We've been over this before as well regarding 'incarnated extraterrestrials'. Q didn't confirm anything regarding that phrase or idea.
I've been working my way through Whitley Strieber's "Confirmation" and these are several incidents mentioned in the book. The quality of these videos are awful, but they're something.

I agree. Oddly enough, that's the one Strieber claims is the most authenticated.
IMO the first one seems the most realistic.
