Nah, the FL case was a state case with a fed prosecutorial agreement. No fed charges in FL. Double jeopardy applies to cases that overlap and federal. The cases are different and new/different charges are racking up…therefore, no exact overlap. Double jeopardy does not apply. Nice try tho. :)
