What is going on in Pennsylvania? Is threatening CPS involvement a new tactic of the totalitarian cabal (or just gaining traction right now)? Parents are getting threatened with CPS investigations if the don't pay overdue money for school lunches. Hey, if the parents are that poor why doesn't someone FEED the families, not threaten to steal their children!!! Is the DS running short of children to traffic?

Here is a similar story from last year.

I have some sauce on that.

This seems to be a prominent DS tactic in the state of PA. It seems like they are rolling out an official CPS threat scheme to enforce all desired parental behaviors.

Here's a previous story of this nature out of PA

If families are so broke they can't pay for the school lunches, why wouldn't effort be made to help the families?

I suspect maybe PA is broke and needs to raise money with some "kids for cash" scheme.
