Pic is the arch of Baal, part of the ruins of a temple where Baal was worshipped in the ancient world, visitors to the temple would walk under it when they arrived and again when they left. Romans added onto the ruins and made an amphitheater. The temple was felled by ISIS in 2015. There is a belief that the collapse of the dome is one sign of the end times. Notice that they keystone above the arch is missing.
In 2017, a reconstruction of the Arch of Baal toured major cities around the world. Including Washington DC the day the questioning of Kavanaugh and Ford started.
