Also there is no need whatsoever to use chemical rockets. In '18 there was a NASA article about some craft & an asteroid that mentioned ion propulsion drive. No one seemingly noticed. But we've had that tech public for over 30 years!
Many anons are impatient to roll out the Tesla-type tech we have, but like building, there is a critical path with a lot of moving parts, such as a worldwide economy based on oil & gas. If POTUS was to just blurt it out without a reasonable conversion time for existing energy providers (and associated companies providing that infrastructure & appliances) it would cause chaos and crash the world economy.
It's hard to be patient, but it's just how it's gotta be until he can be more public with it.

Just think how many jobs that would net us:
