Don't need a blacklist, just don't have a name, subject or email field in the reply dialog. Most posters don't use them anyway.
Could also make everyone Anonymous on post write to DB. Only exceptions would be the tripcodes that are allowed now.
The 99% of posters here who go by anonymous wouldn't even notice it. Force anonymous and bsuiness as usual for almost all of us.
