It has been some time since I saw this information on line, but I read an article (maybe more) that indicated human foreskin could fetch $100,000 in value for its uses in things like this facial cream. I was horrified that in the US cells from a baby's foreskin could apparently be used by researchers for who knows what type of genetic testing or lab experimentation. If you have children you should probably be aware that the newborn heel stick for genetic testing creates a lasting DNA sample for the government. The same, I'd guess, would also apply if you choose to have your child circumcised in a hospital.
