Thank you Anon. To add little more to Crowdstrike. I spent some time interviewing with this company a while back and learned some things about them. I didn't get the job even though I have over 20 years experience in data security and development. Very interesting company. Almost all of their employees work from home. All over the US....and possibly world.(not totally sure on the numbers) It appears they like to keep their employees silo ed (compartmentalized in their areas one team not knowing what the others are doing. Almost all companies do this.)They seem to hire smart young people that will not create waves. (very typical of Google, Amazon and Mophiasoft) They do have a lot of very innovative security tools and technology they are creating within their hosted data centers. Falcon product is very interesting security tool. Many tools are modules for Splunk.
One thing I thought was very good at the time is they are building a special data center in Bend Oregon. This is a special data center that has their own hardware from what I understand. To mitigate the issue of Chinese threat with compromised chips in mother boards and other equipment. Looks like they are going after government contracts and companies that realize rackspace, Amazon AWS and other hosting cloud services are compromised at the core. (Those not aware AWS security requires trust and they also have the keys to encryption allowing AWS admins and other agency's to move freely in the cloud and view anyone's data.
They also have a dedicated cyber team that targets Chinese hackers and security threats in the wild. Looking through their job postings (they usually have 100s of postings.) They were looking for people with experience purchasing / acquisition of equipment from the UK. At first glance this company looks like a great opportunity however it may be a wolf in sheep's clothing. Not sure. They pride themselves on hiring the best "talent" and pay them competitively.
