I read this differently than most. My take is that Comey sent this young (24yr) dude to kill the mob boss (probably had dirt on Comey, Mueller) and play pretend the whole right-wing ideology/blame Q go-to line for the MSM to direct narrative away from Epstein and Mueller testimony about to drop.
