anon frens, beat the heat with instant ice cream. throw in a food processor some frozen fruit (stawberries my favorite) a half frozen banana, some heavy cream (or milk, or half and half or almond milk or whatever) not too much and i add some sweetener (pyure for me) or none at all and process for less than a minute and voila, ice cream. i just discovered it and have it everyday and noone is licking it other than me
