Yes, that was her maiden name. Then she married Jonathan Gillibrand. There is nothing fraudulent about going by her current legal name.
That's something to be fixed at the screen-shoting stage. They could reduce their window size before taking the screen cap.
I mean the person taking screencaps for Twitter should resize their browser window like this: (pics). The text will naturally reflow and fit nicely.
