For years I tried to recall, arrest, remove Jerry Brown. I was going through some of my old bookmarks and came across the story of Kevin Cooper he was framed for a murder three white men committed. Jerry Brown and Kamala Harris refused to allow DNA testing to prove his innocence..This is a well laid out story that should have locked up Brown and Harris.. it's eye opening how they framed innocent people. As far as I know the man is still on death row…..Was Kevin Cooper
