The easiest way to tell shills and new fags is, they are bothered by other posters, like the fake Q. The first thing they say to qualify themselves is "FILTER!" they do not realize how childish and futile this is.

Secondly, as they begin to mature and read a couple Q posts, they start telling others, "Lurk Moar." This is a dead give away they are new, not here to help and really have not much of a clue to the map or big picture.
