BUT…here's the RED FLAG for me:

 

At first, I thought it was a "street cam" video….But as I watched it, I noticed two people in it…one on the left side, one on the right side at the 33/34 second mark….just out of range of the camera….

 

It's very CLEAR they are holding the camera….which just happens to be POINTED at the exact spot where the bridge comes down….

 

MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION: Why would some be taking video of random passing traffic when there is absolutely nothing going on??

 

This is crazy….I can't even believe it's still up on YT….
