Moral hazard happened with Comey. He was on other side of Obama and tried to “negotiate” —the email investigation ended. No charges. Reopened. Closed again. He had leverage on HRC. Cadre sold buildings in 2017. News reporting real estate flip should not have been as profitable if nyc disclosures were properly made in 2015 about rent regulated housing in buildings.

Kushner didn’t divest himself from Cadre, or third party that prepares disclosure for submission to govt records didn’t state it properly.

Who knows but I’m sure it has something to do with Russian collusion.
