Shame on me for not posting earlier, but my foolish pride wanted to solve this riddle without help. Read carefully. Some of the offerings are speculative, but I am confident we're on the right track. Too many coincidences not to be. Use Apple iPhone Maps with 3D to see if additional zodiac signs can be found.

Also, I think P = Priest/Priestess faction and C = Cult/Church.

This could reconcile the key clues that have been tripping us up:

"Soros takes orders from P" =high priest/priestess controllers

"P = Payseur" =high priest bloodline family

"[Pope]" =the pope is a cult priest, but "P" is not necessarily "Pope"

Lastly, the high priest bloodline families are the capstone (top 3 levels of the pyramid). The Eye of Providence within the capstone is Lucifer, but keep in mind that Luciferians are just humanists (Man=>god).
