Venezuela information minister says blackout caused by 'electromagnetic attack'

CARACAS, July 22 (Reuters) - Venezuelan information minister Jorge Rodrigues said a nationwide blackout that struck earlier on Monday was caused by an "electromagnetic attack" and that authorities were in the process of reestablishing service.
