At this point, those statements are naked claims in a civil case. The opposite naked claims are made in a parallel suit in a different venue, where Butowsky is being sued for defamation.
I don't believe the government's claim that the DNC was hacked by Russians, because that is a self-serving claim made by people with an ax to grind.
