NYPD rang my bell at 8am this morning, they had files in their hands and headed to my upstairs neighbors house. I saw other officers with the same folders at other houses on my way to work. 7 days left to the end of the month, could be normal housekeeping but I have never seen this before in my 30+ years of living in NYC.

What you're saying doesn't make sense considering Jesus said nothing requiring prayer in buildings other than your own home, and in my personal experience churches intermingle "Lord" with "God" where needed to take money from you. Lord is the one you pay, example being landLORD. Look in every appeal for cash they write, they always use the word Lord. The Lord instructs you, but in any context outside of money, they would say God or such (not Lord).
Wildly hypothetical unless you can provide reasonable theories around method of transportation, their technical set up that allowed them to live on one of the most inhospitable planets in the our solar system, and - if they were the exclusive owners of this technology that transported them, the mining materials, and their supplies, Who rebuilt the technology to complete the trip? When was that completed, and where on earth was it done?
