Re: whitelist. The average Joe would not be on a list at all. A whitelist serve a purpose as do blacklists. If you are on whitelist, you are ok to travel but blacklisted cannot.

One more comment that I’m sure Anons know all ready but the FBI investigates. That’s their job. When FBI is done they give their findings to DOJ and they make the decision to charge and prosecute
