Not all Aircraft have ADSB Transponders. Not all UAV's have them either. Our Shadow 200 TUAS dont have them, nor do any smaller UAV's. As well, they can be turned off when the MIL doesn't want them to be seen.
Yes, understood. Just trying to let you know what types have ADSB or not. Older Aircraft, unless retrofitted will not have it. MIL Aircraft for the most part have it, in addition to an IFF (Identification Friend Foe, or Mode 4) Transponder that they use to ID each other as opposed to Enemy Aircraft. CIV Aircraft do NOT have IFF.
